About the Business
We're a small plumbing & heating business, based in Brixton, and covering the whole of South West, West and Central London. We're both plumbers ourselves, and we believe that honesty, integrity and hard work are the most important things in business. We don't believe in making a "quick buck", we believe in laying good, solid foundations for our business, and with our clients, and aim to build a company that is going to be around for a long time to come. We are very customer focused and believe in 'treating every customer as if they were our only customer'. In taking on new staff, we only look for people who share our same core values, of good customer service, honesty, and reliability. And we only take on tradesmen that have a minimum of 5 years experience in their trade, and have ideally come through some sort of formal apprenticeship too.
