About the Business
Although social housing remains a large part of our business, success over the last fifteen years has seen the company grow into one of the multi-disciplined Building Services Contractors operating throughout London and the southeast of England.
Whilst we continue as an active partnering company to deliver "Best Value" to our client's on Mechanical refurbishment, it is the New Build, Decent Homes and New Technology projects which has provided our largest growth area. For example, whilst the housing market has been rapidly changing toward new technologies some of our competitors are only just waking up to the idea of repositioning themselves to deliver these green measures. Whilst our own evolution started over 10 years ago, which has left Pace Heating & Plumbing uniquely positioned to play a strategic role in supporting the client.
